What Happens if I’m Running Late?

We encourage you to be on time in order to accommodate the proper flow of clients that are booked in after you. We want to ensure that we can meet the needs of your pet. We understand that life happens so give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you and your pet.

What Happens If I Need To Cancel?

A 24 Hour Notice Is Required For All Cancelations. You Can Call Us Here (971) 442-0404 if you need to cancel your appointment.

What Happens if I Don’t Show Up?

Things happen! We understand. However, if you have more than one no show within a year, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service for the missed appointment. Give us a call.

What Happens if I Need To Pick Up My Dog After Hours?

All Dogs must be picked up by 5:00 pm on the day of the service appointment. If you are running late, give us a call and let us know as soon as possible. If we have not heard from you and cannot contact you, you will be charged $60/hr fee.
